Golden Insurance Company, RRG was initially formed in 2001 to underwrite the risk associated with the 10-year structural home warranty offered by StrucSure Home Warranty. In 2003 the program extended an option to offer Excess Liability limits over RRG primary,  as well as A-rated, B-rated and non-rated programs.  Most recently, Golden has launched new program coverage which includes Primary Commercial General Liability. Golden’s programs are exclusive to builders, contractors and artisans.

Golden is domiciled in Nevada and regulated by the Nevada Department of Insurance. Currently, Golden is able to write business in 32 states, is non-admitted and not rated.

Beecher Carlson, one of the nation’s largest captive creation and management companies, provides instrumental program design, management of the captive, underwriting responsibility, claims management and computer systems/data exchange. Strategic management activities are conducted by Beecher Carlson’s seasoned professionals who undertake reinsurance negotiations and placement and interface with various service providers.
